Once you have received your fur, please shake the fur well, blow dry with COOL AIR only and hang for 24 hours before wearing.

If you are not wearing your fur, please store the fur away from sunlight - preferably in one of our coat bags as direct sunlight can affect the colour of your fur.

If the fur gets dirty, take it to a professional fur dry cleaner - DO NOT attempt to wash the fur at home.

If your fur gets wet, please DO NOT use hot air on your fur - simply shake the fur and hang to dry.

In no circumstance should you use HOT AIR on your fur as it will damage your coats.

Our sizing varies between every item - we do petite and plus size but we can also make furs to fit you specifically.

To customise your size, send us a message via our live chat or email with your bust size, arm length and shoulder to waist length in CM.

Once we receive your measurements, we will send it to the factory to make your fur.

This may cost a small extra fee.

We are the first brand to introduce customisation for all of our fur coats.

The customisation service is an extra fee of £10 and you can customise your full fur coats or gilets with up to 4 different colours of your choice.

If you do opt for customisation on one of your furs, it may take a couple of extra days for your item to be made.
